Top-left corner shows the most pronounced whitening, bottom-left and bottom-right also show moderate whitening, and top-right shows moderate whitening as well.

Front: Edges appear clean with minor handling wear along the top and bottom borders. Back: Left edge and bottom edge show minor whitening and light wear. Right edge shows slight wear.

Front: Light surface scratching visible across the holographic area, particularly in the center of the artwork. No creases or dents observed. Back: Visible surface marks/spots near the lower center area around the Poké Ball. Some light scuffing in the lower half of the card back.
